Martial Arts require agility and vitality in great measure and, as such, are immensely popular among young people. They develop physical, mental and spiritual aspects of an individual’s personality and generate cosmic flow of energy. They are forms of meditation and concentration unto themselves. The trainees are imparted skills in all types of weapons used in martial arts like Kickboxing and Jujitsu to Muay Thai and Kung Fu. Advanced breathing and body locking techniques are integral parts of all Martial Arts.
Our 2 multi-sports halls on the ground floor are ideally equipped for these sporting activities under the guidance of trained and qualified coaches. The flooring and matting for these activities has been put together with world class imported materials.
