ROCK CLIMBING WALL

Rock climbing is an activity in which people climb up, down or across natural rock formations or artificial rock walls. Climbing is a skill sport, and mastering climbing requires significant effort to develop the necessary skills. Climbing movement requires physical strength and endurance.

Climbing within a building on a specially constructed artificial rock wall permits climbing in all types of weather and at all times of day. It is used for improving climbing skills and techniques as well as for general exercise.

Rock climbing is a physically and mentally demanding sport that tests a climber's strength, endurance, agility and balance along with mental control.

One of the most important exercise benefits associated with rock climbing is your cardiovascular health. Your cardiovascular system is composed of heart, veins, arteries, and other components that help in the delivery of blood to the heart as well as from the heart to the rest of your body.
